We offer an annual Systems Engineer Response time 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. We guarantee:
- A call back within 30 minutes letting you know we have received the help ticket
- We will be working on the problem, remotely or on-site within 4 hours of receiving the trouble ticket.
- If CCIE’s or Engineers are available, we will of course start working on your trouble ticket immediately.
This option is extremely critical when you have large groups of people of customers that cannot connect due to problems from the infrastructure. With this option, a CCIE is working on the problem immediately as opposed to calling Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC), being placed in a queue, dealing with a technical resource that cannot fix the problem initially, then eventually being escalated to a CCIE for resolution. Our SMARTtech option gets you to the CCIE immediately, reducing downtime for you and your customers. This can be billed on an annual or monthly basis. Standard billing rates apply with this option.
